Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead and execute effective marketing strategies for Andaman Surprise. This role focuses on developing brand strategies, creating compelling key messages, and enhancing customer engagement through online and offline marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement brand positioning and strategies aligned with Andaman Surprise’s goals.
- Craft key messages that highlight exclusivity, premium experiences, and meaningful journeys.
- Plan seasonal campaigns tailored to different target audiences.
2. Campaign Management and Performance Tracking:
- Design and manage online and offline campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Utilize tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads to optimize marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign KPIs, including engagement and conversion rates.
3. Market and Customer Insights:
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Leverage data from surveys and feedback to improve customer experiences.
4.Content Strategy and Supervision:
- Create content plans and oversee brand storytelling across social media, blogs, and websites.
- Maintain consistent tone of voice and messaging aligned with brand values.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality visuals and promotions.
5. Coordination and Support:
- Work closely with design, operations, and brand consultancy teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
6. Long-term Strategic Planning:
